Verena Young is a Sociologist, certified Hypnotherapist (CHT, CCHT, CTHT ), Spiritual Coach, and an aspiring author. Holding a Master’s degree in Sociology from Bielefeld University, she has a deep understanding of human behavior and social dynamics. Verena’s credentials include a Spiritual Coach certification from the Paracelsus School for Naturopathy in 2013, two Yoga  Teacher Trainings (YTT 200 & 300), and an Addiction Recovery & Psycho Spiritual Coach certification from ‘Being True to You’. She also received training in Family Constellation from the Hellinger Institute in Toronto.

In 2021, Verena deepened her spiritual understanding through a month long journey to Peru to learn from the Huni Kuin tribe. In 2023, she further enriched her yoga skills, studying Ashtanga yoga in Mysore, India, at the Yoga Vedanta Shala and at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram in Kerala.
